Booking & Cancellation Policy

At Charity’s Essentials, your appointment time is reserved just for you. Please review the following policies:

Appointments

A valid phone number is required to book all appointments. Online bookings should be made at least 48 hours in advance. Same-day or next-day appointments may be available by text.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer your time to another client.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your service may be shortened to accommodate the next client. Full service pricing may still apply.

No-Shows

No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in refusal of future bookings.

Consultations

Consultations may be required for certain services, including medical weight loss programs, to ensure the best results and safety.
