Cancellation Policy
To cancel an appointment, please call at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. If you cancel 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, your credit card will not be charged. For late cancellations (less than 24 hour notice prior to scheduled appointment), a Cancellation fee is charged to your credit card or your account. There is a charge for no show, no call. (No shows are considered same day cancellations) IF PACKAGE IS PREPAID YOU WILL FORFEIT YOUR APPOINTMENT
Late Arrivals
Please arrive promptly. Arriving 10 minutes early ensures that you get your full time. Please remember, as a courtesy to our other scheduled clients, late arrivals are subject to a deduction from your total treatment time. To enjoy your full service, please plan to arrive on time.
Please be advise we give clients a 15 minutes for us before we deduct time from your services also the spa has 15 minutes of time if technician are running behind.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are perfect for any occasion. Learn more on our Gift Certificate page. Good towards any service offered at Day Spa. Gift Certificates may be purchased for any individual treatments, Spa packages or for any dollar amount. A great idea for fundraisers, for Mom, birthdays, holidays and just to show your love. Please note, all gift certificates have an expiration date of 180 days (6 months).
Special or Specific Health Conditions:
Please let us know prior to your treatment if you have any special health issues such as high blood pressure, heart conditions or any health issues that may contraindicate with heat therapy, or skin care. It is important that your esthetician is aware of any potential issues prior to your Spa Treatment.
Gratuities
Gratuities are appreciated and are solely at your discretion on individual services. There is an automatic gratuity charge on spa packages of two or more services that charge is 18% if you would like an additional amount you may do so.
Refund Policy
All Sales are final; no cash refunds. Credit will be offered for remaining balances.
